For free, first class shipping anywhere in the US, please use the coupon code Free Shipping. The free shipping offer is limited to domestic orders totaling $30.00 or more.

I ship worldwide via the United States Postal Service. All orders are shipped from Florida (US) within 24-48 hours of placing your order.

Shipping Rates and Handling Fees

Shipping is calculated by weight according to the United States Postal Service rates. There are never handling fees at Turtle Cove Farm. I only charge actual shipping costs.

Returns

If you are unhappy with your purchase, please let me know as soon as possible. I want my customers to be happy and will work with you to find a solution. I accept returns within 10 days of receipt of your order, if you contact me first. I will refund or exchange any item returned in its original, unused condition. Shipping fees are not refundable. I will not be responsible for returned items that have been lost; please ship securely.
